Privacy policy
We respect the privacy of our customers and visitors. Protecting your privacy is important to us. You can rely on us to process your data in a transparent and fair way and to handle it carefully and responsibly. In doing so, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This privacy statement explains why we process your data, how we do so and what rights you have. It applies to the personal data of our customers, suppliers and business relations and of the visitors to our website.
We process the following data:
- your first and last name
- your company name
- your address details
- your telephone number
- your email address
- your IP address
We process your personal data in order to contact you by telephone or in writing in response to your question or enquiry, to issue a quotation, to perform an agreement concluded with you and to maintain our administration. The legal bases for this are the performance of an agreement with you, our legitimate interest in contact with customers and business relations, compliance with a legal obligation and, where applicable, your consent. We do not make decisions about you based on automated processing.
Retention period
We retain your data for as long as you are a customer of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you notify us of this, we will also treat it as a request for erasure. Under applicable administrative obligations we are required to retain invoices containing your (personal) data, and we will therefore retain this data for as long as the applicable period runs. Our employees will no longer have access to your customer profile or to documents produced in connection with your order.
Sharing with others
We do not sell your data. We only provide your personal data to others if this is necessary for the performance of an agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. In addition, we use service providers that process data on our behalf, such as our hosting and IT suppliers. We have made agreements with these parties on the security and confidentiality of your data.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You may also request that processing be restricted, object to the processing, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw consent you have previously given. You can send your request to [email protected]. We will respond to your request within one month.
