Pioneer Pump manufactures high-quality centrifugal pumps, including end suction and self-priming pumps in dry and wet versions. The pumps stand out through a combination of high capacity, high head and an impressive solids handling capability of up to 76 mm, not only for the impeller but also for the recirculation channel. This makes the pumps less prone to clogging than many competing brands.
The range includes end suction pumps (SC), vacuum assisted pumps (PP) and vortex pumps for heavily contaminated media containing large or elongated solids. The SC and PP series are suitable for applications where contaminated media must be pumped over long distances or at high head, such as fire fighting, tank cleaning, jetting water and long-distance transfer.
The pumps are available with electric motor, diesel engine via SAE coupling, as an open set or as a sound-attenuated installation for noise-sensitive areas. ATEX is available for virtually all pumps. Thanks to the use of high-grade materials, the pumps are highly wear-resistant and are used worldwide in industry, contracting, sand extraction and mining.
