VALISI is a brand of ASCO POMPE and is among the pioneers in industrial hose pumps (peristaltic pumps). Following the acquisition of Valisi Pompe, ASCO POMPE designs and manufactures these pumps entirely in-house. Through continuous innovation and research, VALISI has grown into a specialised expert in hose pump technology for a wide range of industrial applications.
ASCO POMPE was founded in 1956 and started as a distributor of positive displacement pumps from leading manufacturers. The range includes hose pumps, gear pumps, diaphragm pumps, progressive cavity pumps, dosing pumps and centrifugal pumps, available in horizontal and vertical versions and in various material options.
The VALISI hose pumps comprise 28 models in three series, suitable for flow rates up to 150 m³/h, pressures up to 15 bar and liquid temperatures from -15 to +80 °C. The pumps are self-priming, able to run dry, reversible and have no mechanical seal. Only the inside of the hose comes into contact with the liquid, making the pumps ideally suited for viscous, abrasive, corrosive and fibrous liquids without damaging the product.
The hose is available in twelve elastomers, including FDA versions in EPDM, NBR and natural rubber for the food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. The pumps are available as a monobloc unit or coupled to gearboxes, speed controllers and electric, diesel, pneumatic or hydraulic motors. The FPSH series is also available with a patented CIP wheel, allowing the pump to be cleaned and sterilised without disassembly.
