Minetuff series FE

The Minetuff series from Pioneer Pump, a Franklin Electric company, consists of electric submersible pumps for dewatering in harsh conditions, from mines to construction sites. The pumps are designed for water containing sand, small stones and clay, and are available from 5 to 90 kW. The series comes in a High Head version for high heads and a High Volume version for large flows.

The impellers are made of a special duplex stainless steel with added chrome, copper and nitrogen, and the wear parts are polyurethane coated. Combined with the adjustable hydraulics, this ensures a long service life in abrasive water. Pumps up to and including 37 kW are cast in aluminium, making them light and easy to move to the next site. The motors feature Class H insulation with built-in thermistors, and every pump is fully wet tested at the factory.
