EVR series FE

The Franklin Electric EVR range comprises vertical multistage stainless steel pumps, designed for pressure boosting in a wide range of applications. The series comprises ten models, ranging from EVR 1 to EVR 95. The pumps are available in four material variants: AISI 304 (EVR 1–20), cast iron with AISI 304 (EVR 30–95), AISI 316L and passivated AISI 316L. The design features a mechanical cartridge seal that can be replaced without dismantling the pump.

Impellers and diffusers are made of stainless steel in all versions. The shaft bearing and guide bush are made of silicon carbide. In multi-stage pumps, an additional silicon carbide intermediate bearing ensures stable hydraulics. From 0.75 kW upwards, the pumps are fitted as standard with an IE3 motor and are WRAS and ACS certified for drinking water applications.

Fast delivery times
Franklin Electric has a large European distribution centre in Germany, which means that many pumps can often be supplied quickly from stock.
Cartridge seals
The EVR is fitted with a replaceable cartridge-type mechanical seal that can be easily replaced without dismantling the pump. For models rated at over 4 kW, there is no need to remove the motor. This significantly reduces maintenance time.
Suitable for high discharge pressures
With delivery heads of up to 326 m and operating pressures of up to 32 bar (depending on the model and connection), the EVR is ideally suited to applications requiring high pressures, such as pressure boosting, boiler feed and water treatment.
