In many applications, the weight of the submersible pump plays an important role. When a high-capacity pump is regularly moved between different locations, a traditional cast-iron submersible pump can quickly become too heavy. Arven’s submersible pumps made from sheet steel and stainless steel offer the solution here. In most cases, these heavy-duty pumps weigh less than half as much as a comparable cast-iron pump. For example, the largest pump in the Tenax series delivers a capacity of almost 100 m³/h whilst weighing just 37 kg.
