Peristaltic pumps VALISI

VALISI hose pumps are seal-less peristaltic positive-displacement pumps, suitable for pumping contaminated liquids, dense and viscous mixtures, and abrasive and corrosive products. The pumps are dry-run resistant, self-priming, reversible and have a high suction head. Only the inside of the hose comes into contact with the liquid.

T-F-RM series — Low-pressure
Low-pressure peristaltic pump in which two opposing rollers compress a tube against a patented concentric guide. The pump operates dry: the only lubrication is a thin layer of silicone on the pressure roller.

N series — Medium pressure
Peristaltic pump for medium pressures in which two alternating rollers on a rotor compress a thick-walled tube within a guide with a patented profile. In the N2–N4 models, the rotor is supported by large ball bearings in the pump housing, whilst the N5–N10 types utilise heavy-duty bearings for the flanged gearbox.

VPH series — High pressure
High-pressure peristaltic roller pump in which two opposing rollers on a rotor alternately compress a reinforced rubber hose. The rotor is supported by heavy-duty bearings in the gearbox. The pump operates with constant lubrication in a mixture of silicone, glycerine and glycols. Particularly suitable for contaminated liquids, dense and viscous mixtures, and abrasive and corrosive products.

Advantages

Why choose the Peristaltic pumps VALISI

Resistant to dry running
VALISI peristaltic pumps have no mechanical seals and can run dry without causing damage to the pump components. Only the inside of the tube comes into contact with the liquid, thereby completely preventing leakage.
Italian pioneer in hose pumps
VALISI is a brand of ASCO POMPE and was among the first companies worldwide to develop and produce industrial hose pumps. ASCO POMPE was founded in 1956, is based in Rozzano near Milan and has over 60 years of experience in positive displacement pumps.
Reversible in the direction of rotation
Thanks to their clever design, these pumps are reversible, making it easy to reverse the direction of the fluid flow. This offers additional flexibility across a wide range of applications.
