S-WP series DP

The S-WP series combines high efficiency, intelligent design and practical features. This results in a user-friendly pump with a long service life. The series covers a complete range of high-quality wastewater pumps: from the smallest S-WP1, suitable for light industrial wastewater, to the large S-WP5, suitable for heavy-duty wastewater applications in urban and industrial settings.

The DanPumps S-WP product range includes submersible pumps for wet installation or dry-mounted pumps with a cooling jacket. You can choose between a vortex, a B-tween, a channel impeller and, optionally, a cutting impeller. As an option, all DanPumps S-WP submersible pumps are also available as dry-mounted pumps with a standard IEC motor (see type S-WN).

DanPumps pumps use an axially adjustable wear ring to reduce hydraulic loss between the impeller and the wear ring. This feature allows the wear ring to be adjusted regularly to optimise pump efficiency when the pump begins to show signs of wear.

Available with a cooling jacket
All submersible pumps can be supplied with a special liquid-filled cooling jacket. This separate cooling system ensures optimum cooling of the motor, both within and outside the liquid.

Easy to maintain
From the S-WP1 onwards, the pumps are fitted as standard with the ‘Fast Lock’ system, an easy-to-replace double mechanical cartridge seal, and not only motor protection via PTCs but also water-in-oil detection in the seal chamber and a moisture sensor in the motor.
