MCV series Düchting

The Düchting MCV series are single-stage vertical mixed flow immersible pumps with sleeve bearings, developed specifically for handling abrasive and corrosive liquids. The pump is designed as an intake pump for seawater desalination and is suitable for a wide flow range.

All wetted parts, with the exception of the shaft, are made of metal-free materials, eliminating corrosion. The inlet housing and diffuser are made of SICcast, so hard particles cannot cause damage. The polygon sleeve bearings support long shafts and protect against vibration. The radial bearings are SiC on SiC for maximum durability.

The modular design makes it possible to produce extremely large pumps at low cost. The wear plate is easily removed for quick maintenance.
